Boeing has delivered its second Peace Eye Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) aircraft to the Republic of Korea Air Force.
The Peace Eye is a modified version of the 737-based design developed for the RAAF’s Wedgetail AEW&C. Another variant known as the Peace Eagle has been ordered by Turkey.
Korea’s second Peace Eye was the first modified into an AEW&C by Korean Aerospace Industries at its facility in Sacheon.
