Qantas has launched its fourth Airbus A380 destination with four times weekly service from Sydney to Hong Kong.

The inaugural A380 operated QF127 departed Sydney yesterday at 11:45am and arrived in Hong Kong at 5:50pm local time. The service will operate Thursdays through Sundays and will return the same day as QF128.

Capacity for the new service arrived late last year in the form of Qantas’s 11th and 12th A380s. The new jets also allowed Qantas to increase A380 services from Melbourne to London from six times weekly to daily and from Melbourne to Los Angeles from four times weekly to daily.
