Royal Brunei adds Melbourne flights

written by australianaviation.com.au | January 31, 2012
Royal Brunei Airlines will expand its Melbourne service in March.

Royal Brunei Airlines will increase its Brunei-Melbourne service from four times weekly to daily beginning on March 25, a year after launching the route.

The service — Royal Brunei’s only Australian route — offers passengers onward connections to China and London. The increase in service will amount to an additional 88,920 seats.

“With the Olympic Games in London this year, I’m sure passengers will make the most of the extra seats,” Melbourne Airport CEO Chris Woodruff said in a statement.
