Indonesia has ordered eight more A-29 Super Tucanos. (Embraer)

The Indonesian Air Force has signed a contract for a second batch of eight Embraer A-29 Super Tucano light attack and tactical training aircraft.

The deal builds on a previous order for eight Super Tucanos signed in November 2010. Indonesia is slated to receive the first four aircraft from that batch in August 2012, Embraer said. Deliveries of the second batch are slated for 2014.
