In a significant employment surge, Emirates is preparing for an ambitious recruitment drive in 2024, with plans to hire 5,000 cabin crew from across the globe, marking a significant 25% boost to the current team. The expansive hiring initiative coincides with the arrival of the new Airbus A350s and is set to maintain the airline’s reputation for the world’s best inflight experience.

The recruitment campaign targets recent graduates, young professionals, and those with some experience in hospitality or customer service, offering them the chance to be part of the world’s largest international airline.
