Qatar Airways unveils Sama 2.0 at ITB Berlin 2024, showcasing the future of AI in air travel

This development marks Qatar Airways as the first airline globally to venture into developing a virtual cabin crew, underlining its commitment to pioneering cutting-edge technological advancements in the aviation sector.

The unveiling of Sama 2.0 is scheduled on the opening day of the event at the newly redesigned Qatar Airways stand, promising to highlight the advanced capabilities powered by artificial intelligence. Sama, created in collaboration with digital human creator UneeQ, sets new standards for the incorporation of AI in the industry, aiming to redefine personalized service and accessibility in air travel.
