Boeing has announced its major program deliveries for the third quarter of 2024, covering both commercial and defense operations.
In the commercial airplanes segment:
- Boeing delivered 92 737 aircraft
- 6 767 aircraft were delivered
- 4 777 aircraft were delivered
- 14 787 Dreamliners were delivered
The total commercial aircraft deliveries for the quarter stood at 116 units, bringing the year-to-date total to 291.
On the defense, space and security side, notable deliveries included:
- 18 AH-64 Apache helicopters (7 new, 11 remanufactured)
- 2 renewed CH-47 Chinook helicopters
- 3 F-15 fighter jets
- 5 KC-46 tanker aircraft
- 3 MH-139 helicopters
The total defense deliveries for the quarter were 34 units, with a year-to-date total of 76.
Boeing noted that delivery information is not considered final until the company issues its quarterly financial results, which are scheduled for release on October 23.
