Singapore Airlines’ lifestyle rewards program, KrisFlyer, has reached a milestone of 10 million members and is celebrating with a series of exclusive promotions and bonus mile offers throughout March 2025.
Launched in 1999 as a frequent flyer program, KrisFlyer has evolved into a global lifestyle rewards platform. Of its 10 million members, 1.7 million are based in Australia. Members can earn and redeem miles with over 1,700 brand partners across travel, dining, shopping, and flights with Singapore Airlines, Scoot, and partner carriers.
Promotions and Bonus Mile Offers
Senior Vice President of Marketing Planning at Singapore Airlines, Dai Haoyu, expressed appreciation for KrisFlyer members’ loyalty.
“KrisFlyer is deeply appreciative of our members’ trust and loyalty, which has driven our global membership number to double in just three years,” he said. “We are celebrating this milestone with exclusive promotions and mile accrual opportunities as a gesture of gratitude to our loyal members.”
Between 7 and 23 March 2025, KrisFlyer members can enjoy a 20 per cent miles redemption discount on Economy Saver flights across the Singapore Airlines network and selected Premium Economy flights between Singapore and the United States for travel between 1 May and 15 November 2025. Additional discounts will be available through KrisFlyer Spontaneous Escapes between 14 and 31 March 2025.
From 24 to 31 March 2025, members will receive 50 per cent more miles for all Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights booked via official platforms for travel between 1 April and 31 October 2025. New members signing up within the promotional period will also receive a welcome bonus of 1,000 miles.
Bonus Conversions and Social Media Promotions
From 7 to 31 March 2025, KrisFlyer members will receive a 20 per cent bonus on miles-to-points and points-to-miles conversions with partners, including Velocity Frequent Flyer, Accor, and Marriott Bonvoy. Singapore-based members will also benefit from similar bonuses with CapitaStar and Esso Singapore.
KrisFlyer will host exclusive promotions on its Facebook and Instagram accounts, offering members the chance to win up to 38,000 KrisFlyer miles by participating in contests.
KrisFlyer Experiences in Australia
As part of the celebrations, KrisFlyer will hold its largest overseas event, the KrisFlyer Experiences Australian Golf Tournament, on 18 March 2025 at Melbourne’s Kingston Heath Golf Club. The event, held in partnership with Mastercard, will offer members a chance to participate in a premium golfing experience.
Expanding the KrisFlyer Network
KrisFlyer has broadened its offerings beyond air travel. The Kris+ digital rewards app allows members in Sydney and Melbourne to instantly earn and redeem miles at over 170 partner restaurants, bars, and stores. Additionally, members can redeem miles for travel experiences through Pelago, Singapore Airlines’ travel experiences platform.
