Virgin Australia has announced the schedule and fares for its new Sydney-Darwin service, with one way tickets starting at $219.
The daily service, commencing from April 2, will depart Sydney at 9:40 am and arrive in Darwin at 1:50 pm. Return service will depart at 2:40 pm and arrive at 7:25 pm.
The service is among the first components of Virgin’s budding alliance with Singapore Airlines, with Singapore subsidiary SilkAir due to launch four times weekly flights between Singapore and Darwin from March 26.
