Road closure for Bankstown
Sydney Metropolitan Airports has announced that Tower Road at Bankstown Airport will close from January 1 to April 2010 for essential maintenance works. New international concourse opens at Melbourne
A new passenger concourse at Melbourne Airport’s international terminal was officially opened on December 2, marking the first stage of the airport’s terminal expansion project. Qantas, Rex & Skytrans pick up Queensland regional routes

RFDS wins NSW Air Ambulance contract
The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) South Eastern Section has been awarded a contract to continue operating fixed-wing patient retrievals on behalf of the Ambulance Service of New South Wales.
