Regional Express (Rex) subsidiary Pel-Air has signed a contract with the Victorian state government for fixed wing patient transport services, confirming July 2009’s announcement of Pel-Air’s selection as conditional preferred tenderer, Rex announced on January 15.
Under the 10 year contract, which begins in mid 2010, Pel-Air will supply King Air turboprops for the transfer of medical patients to and from regional Victoria.
