Cessna rolled out the 300th Citation Mustang on February 4 at its Independence, Kansas facility, marking less than three years since the first of the type was delivered.

“The aircraft continues to set the mark for entry level business jet operations around the world, and its demand has remained fairly resilient during the past year,” said Jack Pelton, Cessna chairman, president and CEO. “It has found success in air taxi and charter operations, in flight departments, in training organisations as well as with owner-operators.”

The 300th Mustang will be delivered to an Australian customer later this year, joining three others currently on the CASA register.
