Sydney Airport has announced that it has introduced a free 0-15 minute time band at its international car park for drivers picking up and dropping off passengers from Terminal 1. Previously, users of the carpark were charged $7 for the first 0-15 minutes at the carpark.
“This change has been made following the successful introduction last year of the T2 Domestic Terminal pick-up area. The initiative at T2 received a very favourable response so we reviewed the situation at the International Terminal to see what we could do there to improve the user experience,” said Sydney Airport CEO Russell Balding.
