Bell consolidates support subsidiaries

written by WOFA | January 6, 2011

Bell helicopter has announced it has integrated six subsidiary companies into the company and has restructured their operations to provide a more comprehensive support solution to Bell customers.

The companies being incorporated are Edwards & Associates and Aeronautical Accessories in Tennessee, Rotor Blades and Acadian Composites in Louisiana, Bell Aerospace Services in Texas, and US Helicopter in Alabama. All six companies were preciously wholly owned subsidiaries of Bell Helicopter.

“Providing mission solutions to our customers that are efficient and effective is a core focus for Bell Helicopter,” said John L. Garrison, Bell’s president and CEO. “Integrating these sub brands and businesses allows us to offer our customers a more complete support and service solution – from the time they buy a new Bell Helicopter to the time they retire their fleet. Customers can expect to receive the same level of support and service they have grown to expect and deserve from Bell Helicopter.”
