Tiger Airways has launched an customer support ‘portal’ on its website

“Our new online customer support portal will be a vast improvement for customers, as they can now submit their enquiries using the Tiger Airways website rather than sending a letter or fax” said Crawford Rix, CEO of Tiger Airways in Australia.

Tiger claims its new support portal “is quick and easy to use, with most interactions taking less than a few minutes to complete”.

The portal can be reached via the ‘contact us’ link on the airline’s website.
