written by WOFA | June 3, 2011
Qantas is looking to offer cabin crew voluntary redundancies.

Qantas has called for expressions of interest for voluntary redundancies among its 7000-strong cabin crew workforce.

Qantas has said that following the expressions of interest process around 350 cabin crew may be offered voluntary redundancies, but that no forced redundancies are planned.

“The voluntary redundancy program for cabin crew is part of a number of measures being implemented across the business to ensure that we are well placed for the future,” the airline said.
