Bundaberg’s CQUniversity Australia and the Australian Flight Academy (AFA) have teamed up to launch a new commercial pilot training program as part of CQUniversity’s undergraduate aviation programs.
The program, which includes about 200 hours of flight time, will be combined with CQUniversity’s current Diploma of Aviation Theory in a 52-week course. It includes training up to a Commercial Pilot Licence with a Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating .
AFA, based at Bundaberg Regional Airport, will provide the flight training component of the course.
CQ University also offers two-year and three-year aviation degrees that include recreational flight training.
