The main structural assembly of the first flyable A350 has been completed in Toulouse.

Having successfully powered-up the aircraft’s fuselage and wings, MSN-001 was moved from the main assembly hall in readiness for hydraulic system testing and a full electrical and hydraulic power-on by the end of the year.

The aircraft will then progress to a series of extensive production and certification tests, be painted and then prepared for its first flight in mid-2013.
