Embraer delivers more than 200 aircraft in 2012

Embraer delivered 106 commercial aircraft and 99 executive jets in 2012, and retained an order backlog worth US$12.5 billion as it moved into 2013.

The E190 was the most popular of the E-Jets, the company having delivered 62 during 2012.  The E195 was the second highest at 23, followed by the E175 at 20 and a single E170.  The firm order backlog for commercial aircraft at the end of 2012 stood at 185 aircraft, including one E170 for Air North.

Of the 99 executive jets delivered during the year, 77 were light jets and 22 were large jets.

By comparison,Embraer’s figures for 2011 were very similar, delivering 105 commercial aircraft and 99 executive jets.
