Jetstar takes off to the Red Centre

Jetstar has announced the introduction of four-weekly flights between Sydney and Ayers Rock from June 4.

The new service is seen as a tourism boon for the region, the airline’s CEO for Australia and New Zealand David Hall saying: “Jetstar has a proven record of generating new market demand through our low fares offering and we are excited to be launching our newest destination.”

Flights will depart Sydney at 1030 each of the four days and return from Ayers Rock at 1420.
