Aviation Australia will hold its annual Aviation Careers Expo at its Brisbane Airport facilities on August 24.

Now in its 13th year, the Expo is recognised as one of the major events on the Queensland aviation calendar, offering an opportunity for students, graduates, teachers, parents and those seeking a career change to explore the diverse range of career pathways available in the aviation and aerospace industries.

Also coinciding with the Expo, Aviation High will be holding an open day in Clayfield, between 1000 and 1400. The unique school focuses on aerospace related education for Year 8 to Year 12 students passionate about aviation and aerospace and considering careers in these areas.

Aviation enthusiasts, meanwhile, can visit a static aircraft display to be mounted specially for the day.

The Aviation Careers Expo will run from 1000 to 1600 at 25 Boronia Road at Brisbane Airport.
