Etihad announces senior appointments

Etihad Airways has announced a series of new senior management appointments.

Returning to Etihad from Air New Zealand is Calum Laming who will take up the role of Vice President Guest Experience. Laming has held the position of General Manager Customer Experience at Air New Zealand since March 2013, and was previously Head of Guest Experience at Etihad.

Also joining the airline is Rick Allen who will become Senior Vice President Operations responsible for flight operations, guest services, crew resources, operations logistics, and operations standards. Allen is a current qualified 777 pilot with over 17,000 hours flying experience, and comes to Etihad from Air Canada.

Chris Youlten has been appointed to the new position of Senior Vice President Airport and Network Operations, and has been promoted to the role from Vice President Network Operations at Etihad.

Andrew Ward will be acting in the new position of Senior Vice President Marketing, following his role as Vice President Marketing, while Fiona Morrisson has been appointed Vice President Guest Experience Midfield Terminal, having previously served as Etihad Airways Vice President Guest Experience.
