written by WOFA | April 24, 2014

TAE has launched a more comprehensive turbine support facility at Adelaide Airport following the relocation of Masling Industries’ former Cootamundra-based operation to Adelaide.

The move has allowed TAE to integrate and upgrade its small turbine component maintenance business at the Adelaide site and to provide a “one stop shop” for its small turbine customers.

“The launch of this enhanced capability in Adelaide is an important step in our journey to shape the future of TAE and sets a path for future expansion,” TAE general manager Andrew Sanderson said. “We will now deliver real value for our customers in a sustainable, innovative and exciting way from our world class components facility.”

The upgraded facility offer a range of component products including fuel controls, governors, avionics, radios, instruments, electrical starter generators, batteries and fuel nozzles, and its services have been given Honeywell Approved Warranty and Repair station (AWARS) status.
