Queensland Government Air has contracted Pilot Recruitment to provide recruitment services for the new organisation.
Pilot Recruitment is a new joint-venture company comprised of Pinstripe Solutions and SimJET Training Systems. Queensland Government Air has tasked the new entity to find pilots for helicopters and fixed-wing roles in emergency, police, search & rescue, and counter disaster missions, as well as government transfer services.
”We offer a cost-effective solution that produces a list of pre-screened pilot candidates tested on all competencies including cultural fit and motivational standards, appropriate for the role they will be performing at the Airline or within a specific industry,” SimJET owner Nick Kranenburg said in a statement.
