Visitors to the 2015 Avalon Airshow will get the chance to walk through a full-size mockup of the Pilatus PC-24 business jet.

Manufactured by Swiss-based Pilatus Aircraft, the first PC-24 was rolled out last month, and has so far garnered 84 firm orders, including three from the Royal Flying Doctor Service’s Western Operations (WA) section. The aircraft, which seats six to eight passengers and has a range of 1,950nm, is planned to receive European and US certification by early 2017.

The PC-24’s maiden flight was expected to take place before the end of calendar 2014.

The Avalon Airshow will be held from February 24 to March 1 2015, at Avalon Airport.
