Rachel Dudok Australian Training Awards copyAviation Australia graduate Rachel Dudok was presented with this year’s Vocational Student of the Year at the Australian Training Awards which took place in Adelaide on November 21.

She was shortlisted for the award early in November after winning Queensland’s Vocational Student of the Year.

“The night went really well and I wasn’t expecting to win as the quality and diversity of the other finalists was so strong, so it was really surprising,” Dudok said in accepting her award.

Dudok completed both a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) and a Diploma of Aeroskills (Avionics) through Aviation Australia.

“At Aviation Australia we’re incredibly proud of Rachel’s professional achievements and honoured to be a part of her journey into avionics. This Australian Training Award recognises Rachel’s sensational performance in her studies and career in avionics,” said Aviation Australia CEO Bill Horrocks.
