Qantas, Cathay Pacific and British Airways have opened the doors to an expanded business lounge at Los Angeles International Airport following a multi-million dollar refurbishment.
The facility has seating for 600, 16 shower suites, separate areas for dining, lounging and for those travelling with children and two buffet areas, Qantas said on Thursday.
The lounge has been refurbished in two parts, with stage one completed in June 2014. It is managed by Qantas and jointly owned by the Flying Kangaroo, British Airways and Cathay Pacific.
Qantas flies to Los Angeles from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, as well as between Los Angeles and New York.
