Textron Aviation says its midsize Cessba Citation Latitude business jet has received certification from Australia’s Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

The Citation Latitude achieved certification from the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in June 2015 and deliveries began in August that year. Textron Aviation said there have been more than 100 aircraft delivered.
The aircraft is powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW306D1 engines and has a maximum range of 2,850nm. In a four-passenger configuration, the range is 2,700nm. It can seat up to nine passengers
“We are pleased to offer the Citation Latitude, the best-selling midsize business jet in the industry, to the Asia-Pacific market,” Textron Aviation president for Asia Pacific sales and marketing Jessica Pruss said in a statement.
“The Latitude is especially appealing to individual owners and charter operators in the region due to its unprecedented cabin comfort and best-in-class operating costs, combined with the range and performance required for regional missions.”
