written by WOFA | February 16, 2011

Cobham Aviation Services Australia has exercised an option to purchase two BAe 146s it has had on lease from BAE Systems.

The aircraft, a BAe 146-100 and a -300, form part of Cobham’s fleet of 17 BAe 146s and Avro RJs that it uses on mining fly-in/fly-out operations and for Australian air Express freight flights along Australia’s eastern seaboard.
