JHAS offers paint services

written by WOFA | November 4, 2009

John Holland Aviation Services announced on November 4 that it will launch a new aircraft painting service at its Melbourne Tullamarine hangars from early 2010.

“With an ongoing reduction in internal aviation maintenance capabilities, the commercial and defence aviation sectors continue to seek services that promote efficiency in both cost and service disruption,” said Andrew Henderson, general manager of JHAS. “This new capability will enhance our position as a ‘one-stop shop’ for aviation maintenance services.”

Initially, the paint facilities will be able to accommodate Boeing 737s and Airbus A320s and military aircraft up to the size of an AP-3C Orion.
