Boeing delivered 169 commercial aircraft during the second quarter of 2013, bringing its year-to-date deliveries to 306.
Some 116 737s were delivered during the period, while 23 777 models were accepted by customers. The resumption of the 787 program saw 16 of the type delivered, accounting for all but one of 787 deliveries so far this year. Eight 767s and six 747-8s were also handed over.
In Boeing Defense, five Apache and eight Chinook new-builds were delivered, bringing year-to-date deliveries to 20 and 17 respectively. Three C-17s were delivered, including to India, which accepted its first of the airlifters. Twelve F/A-18 variants were delivered, along with three P-8 Poseidon aircraft.
