Podcast: How Gibraltar became a case study in border barminess

The Rock of Gibraltar might be unassuming, but it became the latest example of how border closures are causing chaos for international aviation when a delayed flight caused Brits kipping overnight in nearby Spain to face a costly 14-day quarantine.
