Qatar Airways was named ‘World’s Leading Airline – Business Class’ at the 16th World Travel Awards in London on November 10.
It is the second year in a row that the airline has won the award, which is decided by thousands of travel professionals from over 180,000 travel agencies, transport companies and tourism organisations in over 160 countries worldwide.
Qatar Airways is due to start three-times weekly services to Melbourne in December, and has also flagged its intention to start services to Sydney during 2010.
