Jetstar has re-introduced nonstop services between Melbourne and Honolulu, and has increased the frequency of its nonstop services to Bali from Melbourne and Sydney to daily.

An additional 19,000 seats a month have been added by the new services, which began on December 15.

Jetstar CEO Australia and New Zealand David Hall said the popularity of the airline’s Sydney-Honolulu services prompted the re-introduction of direct flight from Melbourne.

The airline will also increase its services between Sydney and Phuket to four-weekly.
