Hawker Pacific has made a strategic investment in its sales brokerage services to accommodate rising demand for long-range business aviation in the Asia Pacific region, with the establishment of an Aircraft Sales and Acquisitions business.

Announcing the establishment of the new service based in Singapore, Tony Jones, CEO for Asia said: ”Hawker Pacific has a very experienced management team and a strong reputation within the region as an aircraft sales and support company.

“We have been developing additional services around our client’s needs like expanding our FBO network and, more recently, with the addition of our Aircraft Management business, so it makes perfect sense to expand our offering to include the brokerage and acquisition service,” Jones said.

“Already our clients have recognised there is real value with this integrated approach and working with a trusted partner. Aircraft sales is already a very active part of our business and this service builds on this whilst leveraging on our other strengths.”

In addition to the establishment of a brokerage service, Hawker Pacific is also opening a dedicated Singapore-based aircraft management service.

Hawker Pacific Aircraft Management offers aircraft management services including crewing, trip services such as ground handling and permit arrangements, fuelling services, administration and maintenance management.

The Aircraft Management services are available worldwide drawing from Hawker Pacific’s resources at all 15 locations and service points throughout the Asia Pacific, stretching from Beijing to Dubai, Jakarta, Perth and Auckland.

The aircraft management activity enables greater synergy with our aircraft sales, product support and FBO activities.”

Hawker Pacific Aircraft Management Pte Ltd to be headed up by Patrick Enz who joined Hawker Pacific in 2012 as senior vice president aircraft management.

Both new services are located at Hawker Pacific’s recently-opened facility at Seletar Aerospace Park in Singapore.
