Hawker Pacific says it has sold the 200th GippsAero GA8 Airvan following a successful demonstration tour of Asia- Pacific and the Middle East.

The aircraft, which is currently on display at the Singapore Airshow and decked out in a special livery, was sold to a private operator in Asia.

“The brochure just doesn’t do it justice,” said Tony Jones, COO of Hawker Pacific Asia said in a statement. “We showcased the aircraft in the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia and right away people paid attention. Experiencing the GA8 Airvan first-hand means potential buyers can really appreciate just how well-built it is, its flying characteristics and the size of its cabin which makes it so versatile.”
