ExecuJet’s bumper month due to the Rugby World Cup

Passengers booking charter flights from Sydney and Melbourne to Rugby World Cup matches in New Zealand in October delivered ExecuJet Australasia its highest earning month on record, the company says.

With hotels booked full in Auckland, many international fans chose to stay in Australia and fly across for the games, ExecuJet says.

While providing few specifics, in a press release ExecuJet offered as an example the story of “an international company that booked a Falcon 900C for the three weeks of the event for the dual purpose of attending their local offices and to fly in and out of New Zealand.
