Air NZ ups Queenstown capacity

Air New Zealand plans to boost capacity between the east coast of Australia and the ski resort town of Queenstown for the upcoming ski season, taking direct weekly services to 13.

The airline has announced that for the peak July and August timeframe, weekly return services from Sydney will increase from five to six, Melbourne from two to three and Brisbane from three to four. Flights from Auckland to Queenstown will also be increased to four daily.
