Frontier Airlines has commenced operations at Seattle Paine Field International Airport with the launch of nonstop services to Denver, Las Vegas and Phoenix.
The ultra-low fare carrier began twice-weekly flights to each destination on June 2, offering introductory fares from US$69.
The new routes complement Frontier’s existing services to seven destinations from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
“We are thrilled to launch our ultra-low cost service at PAE, unlocking more affordable and convenient travel options for consumers in the greater Seattle area and throughout Western Washington,” said Jennifer de la Cruz, senior director of corporate communications at Frontier Airlines.
“We want to thank the team at PAE for their support and collaboration, and can’t wait to begin flying value-seeking travellers to Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and the many exciting destinations we serve beyond.”
The new services operate to Denver International Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
Brett Smith, chief executive of Propeller Airports, said the partnership reflected a shared commitment to delivering customer experience and choice in Metro Seattle.
“Our partnership is built on providing a convenient, comfortable, and efficient alternative for travellers,” Smith said.
“We’re excited for Frontier’s passengers to discover the unique, best-in-class service that sets Paine Field apart and enjoy the benefits of our growing reach.”
The airline has introduced what it calls “The New Frontier” with enhanced product and customer service offerings.
These include UpFront Plus seating with extra leg and elbow room in the first two rows, featuring guaranteed empty middle seats.
Frontier also offers unlimited companion travel for its most loyal customers and plans to introduce First Class seating on every flight in late 2025.
The airline’s frequent flyer program, Frontier Miles, allows members to earn 10 miles per dollar spent, with multipliers increasing to 20 times at elite levels.
Elite status begins at 10,000 miles and includes benefits such as priority boarding, seat selection and free baggage allowances.
The promotional fares require purchase by June 16, 2025, for travel between June 17 and November 19, 2025, with select blackout dates applying.
Propeller Airports operates Seattle Paine Field in partnership with Global Infrastructure Partners, which is part of BlackRock.
