Quickstep receives largest JSF purchase order to date

Australian carbon composites manufacturer Quickstep has received more F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) orders from Northrop Grumman. Quickstep will manufacture parts for the JSF program  at its new Bankstown Airport facility under long-term agreements already signed with Northrop Grumman. Delivery of most of these parts is anticipated before the end of 2014. Embraer increases order backlog

Embraer delivered 29 aircraft during the first quarter of this year and grew its order backlog to US$13.3 billion for 211 E-Jets, an increase of US$800 million over December 31, 2012. Between January and March Embraer delivered 17 commercial aircraft and 12 business jets.
